This Privacy Policy explains how Zosin handles information when you use home posture correction training plans, mobility routines, body-alignment reminders, progress notes, community features, reports, paid features, and related services.

1. Purpose and Scope

Zosin ("Zosin," "we," "us," or "our") provides a home posture correction and movement training app for organizing alignment routines, mobility exercises, reminder schedules, progress notes, community posts, and paid digital features (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy applies to the Service, including account features, posture training plans, progress dashboards, home routine reminders, user-generated content features, support, analytics, safety tools, and services that link to this policy.

2. Adult Use and Age Restriction

Zosin is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By using Zosin, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has used the Service, we may delete the account, remove related content, and delete information where appropriate.

Health notice: Zosin supports home training organization only. It is not a medical diagnosis, physical therapy, injury treatment, rehabilitation, clinical posture assessment, or emergency service.

3. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account information: email address, username, display name, password or login credentials, age confirmation, language, profile settings, and support details.
  • Training preferences: home routine goals, preferred session length, reminder settings, exercise categories, equipment availability, and posture focus areas you choose to record.
  • Progress records: completed sessions, streaks, notes, ratings, mobility observations, photos or videos you choose to upload, and self-entered progress reflections.
  • User Content: comments, community posts, shared progress tips, reports, messages, feedback, appeals, and profile information.
  • Support and moderation information: emails, complaint details, abuse reports, safety reports, content reports, reviewer notes, and enforcement records.
  • Purchase entitlement information: product identifiers, subscription status, purchase dates, renewal or expiration status, refund status, transaction identifiers, and premium access status. Apple processes App Store payments; we do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and app data: device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, crash logs, diagnostic information, and performance data.
  • Usage data: screens viewed, routines opened, features used, reminders created, session events, dates and times of activity, and interaction data.
  • Security data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, login events, suspicious activity signals, fraud-prevention logs, and abuse-prevention records.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: if web-based features are used, cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar tools may support sign-in, preferences, analytics, security, and service operation.

4. Posture Training Records and Sensitive Choices

Zosin may let you record posture-related goals, body-area focus, routine completion, perceived stiffness, self-observations, and optional progress media. Depending on what you choose to enter, your records may suggest information about physical habits, routines, or wellness interests.

Do not enter medical diagnoses, clinical records, injury details, treatment plans, precise home addresses, government IDs, payment card numbers, or information you do not want processed by Zosin. If you choose to enter sensitive information, we process it as part of providing the Service and according to this Privacy Policy.

5. User-Generated Content, Reports, and Safety Moderation

Zosin may include user-generated content features, such as progress tips, routine comments, posture habit discussions, profile content, shared reminders, photos, and reports. Some User Content may be visible to other users depending on the feature and settings.

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Prohibited content includes pornography, sexually explicit content, disturbing or disgusting content, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, political discrimination, gambling, drug-related content, threats, illegal activity, exploitation, spam, fraud, and rights-infringing content.

We may collect and process reports, reported content, block actions, reviewer notes, enforcement history, safety signals, and appeal materials. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report matters to authorities where appropriate.

6. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate users, manage accounts, and respond to support requests.
  • To send administrative notices, safety notices, policy updates, reminders, and purchase-related messages.
  • To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, and establish or defend legal claims.
  • To show or measure advertising only where permitted and, where required, only with your consent.

7. GDPR and Similar Legal Bases

If the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, we process personal data under one or more of these legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide the Service, manage accounts, deliver paid features, and enforce accepted terms.
  • Consent: for optional tracking, optional marketing, optional permissions, or other processing that requires consent.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure the Service, improve features, prevent fraud, moderate User Content, respond to reports, and protect users.
  • Legal obligations: to comply with laws, tax, accounting, court orders, consumer protection rules, and regulatory obligations.
  • Vital interests or public interest: where necessary to protect someone from serious harm or where otherwise permitted by law.

8. App Tracking Transparency

If Zosin seeks to track your activity across other companies' apps or websites for advertising, advertising measurement, or similar purposes, Zosin will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework where required.

Suggested ATT description: "Zosin would like permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites to personalize wellness and posture-related ads, measure advertising performance, and improve the home training experience."

You may allow or deny tracking. We will not track you across other companies' apps or websites unless you authorize tracking where required. You may change your choice in your device settings. Non-tracking analytics, security, purchase fulfillment, fraud prevention, and core service operations may continue as permitted by law and Apple rules.

9. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Zosin may offer paid digital features, premium routines, advanced reminders, posture habit plans, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store in accordance with Apple's rules.

Before completing a purchase, the App Store will display purchase information such as product name, price, subscription period where applicable, renewal terms where applicable, billing frequency, free trial terms if any, and confirmation that payment will be charged to your Apple ID. Apple may manage billing, taxes, refunds, renewal, cancellation, and payment methods.

10. How Information May Be Shared

  • With other users: shared posts, profile information, comments, photos, and progress tips may be visible depending on features and settings.
  • With service providers: hosting, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, moderation, security, support, email, and payment entitlement providers.
  • With Apple and platform providers: for purchases, app operations, App Store compliance, fraud prevention, and platform functionality.
  • For safety and legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce terms, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, protect users, and protect rights.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
  • With consent: when you direct us to share information or otherwise consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. If privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising more broadly, you may have rights to opt out as described in this policy.

11. Retention, Security, Transfers, and Rights

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, process purchases, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and protect legal rights. Moderation records may be retained longer to protect the community and prevent repeat abuse.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, and where required we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right not to be subject to certain decisions based solely on automated processing. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means. The "Last Updated" date shows when this Privacy Policy was last modified.
